One really boring afternoon in my creepily silent office, I had a short chat with an old friend I haven’t seen in more than 10 years. He was replying to my messages with a little time delay so I asked him if he was busy and if so, I’ll end the chat session and say ciao.
He replied, “Oh, I’m terribly sorry bout that. I’m driving so I can’t answer right away!”
I quickly replied, “OK, bye!! Don’t chat and drive, got it??!! DON’T REPLY, GOT IT!!”
After a moment of silence, a message popped up: “OK, ok got it, I will not reply. ”
That just made me chuckle, maybe because I know this guy to be really funny and can imagine his face when he said that ridiculous line!

As expected, there was a major happening at the movie house where the teachers took the KG1 and KG2 kids to see Shrek 3 yesterday. Pristine came home without socks, not with her usual skirt uniform but with her extra shorts on and new! undies, different from the one she wore when she left in the morning.
You guessed it. She tried to keep herself dry for more than one hour of sipping orange juice in between her popcorn. The “trying” eventually (gasp!) failed as she and other bunch of classmates wet themselves in front of Shrek and Princess Fiona!!
We can’t really trust these kiddos to be high and dry at the same time, can we?
All that aircon and liquids gulped, surely the next thing would be toilet time! And who would want to go to the toilet if it’s your first time in the movie house, engrossed with a new movie and you’re 3 years old?
