At Red Ruby Rose, you will find clutches which are perfect for gift-giving or keeping. Rowena Dugdale, the designer and creator of these beautiful clutches, uses an eclectic mix of contemporary/vintage fabrics and also her own textile designs which are inspired by her own photography and collage work.

Quoting Rowena:

Red Ruby Rose is a fairly new venture for me… it’s the result of my yearning for a more tactile process away from my increasingly digital illustration working methods. I started making these clutches for fun and haven’t stopped.

An experienced illustrator specialising in collage and photomontage, Rowena has worked for a diverse range of publications and companies since graduating from Edinburgh College of Art. You can read more about Rowena in an interview as Etsy’s Featured Seller here.

And if all that creativity is not enough, she’s also involved in pinhole polaroid photography and opened another Etsy shop called Polaroids & Pinholes.

And when she’s not busy making beautiful collages and clutches? She fronts an indie-pop band called Santa Dog. In the real sense, she rocks!
