Autumn in Japan

by Grace on October 19, 2008

Thud! Did you hear that? You just landed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Autumn, in all its beautiful glory is in full swing. Autumn photos abound all over the blogosphere (Katya has lots of beautiful autumn photos in her blog) but no, there will be no photos of autumn in Dubai. Dubai looks the same all throughout the year. No falling leaves, no snow and no springing of blooms in Spring.

My friend N back in Japan is kind enough to send me photos of the place we used to live. Season after season, I get photos of our lovely town. Here’s what I got this time:

Nagano, Japan

This was taken in Nagano, Japan during one of N’s mountain climbing/hiking trips

Do you have any beautiful photos to share to someone who longs for autumn?

It is autumn here in Ireland – lots of colourful leaves, conkers and berries.

A few pics in digital scrapbook layouts recently on my blog, and more coming soon.

Grace, thank you for the kind words and link to my blog!

The photo from Japan is absolutely breathtaking! It must be quite the contrast from your present residence…
