cheap phone card online

I had been away from my parents and my siblings for more than 10 years. Back in the time where free calling from PC to PC through Skype or Yahoo Messenger or Google talk was non-existent, I spent a lot of fortune on international calls. Phone cards were there but they were also not cheap.
With the help of the technology today, we can get in touch with anyone, anywhere through chatting and free PC to PC calls. Skype is banned in the UAE, YM and Google Talk voice chat is not clear, so I resort to buying a phone card again to save on telephone bills. Therichcom.com offers the best prepaid calling cards with the lowest rates to any destination country. It is very convenient because all phone cards are delivered online instantly.
Chatting is great but sometimes, you just need to hear that loved one’s voice.

I don’t get it why Dubai would ban the use of Skype. There’s also this software called Oovoo, Maybe you’d want to try it… it’s free PC-to-PC video calls.
