		<description>About six years ago while working out at the local gym I saw competitive body builder suffer a career ending incident in much the same fashion.  He was using the leg press machine (one at a 45 degree angle) with hundreds of pounds on each side.  He didn&#039;t get the weights all the way back up the slide before flipping the lock and releasing his leg pressure...and the end result was two compound fractures to his legs.  Had to be the nastiest thing I&#039;ve ever seen and heard in my life.
