Ramadan’s over, Eid Mubarak

by Grace on September 22, 2009

Eid Mubarak

Yep, I realized that I missed posting something on Monday. I was on vacation! Can you believe that? I got lucky and had two full days off -  that, baby, doesn’t happen often so I stepped away from the PC and enjoyed my time.

Ramadan’s over. Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim friends celebrating all over the world! May God grant the wishes of your hearts.

So what did I do offline? Nothing really special. I cleaned the house, the closet, watched DVD’s, met a friend and her hubby, went to the beach and slept a lot. I didn’t realize I could sleep for ten hours straight and then nap again in the afternoon! I regained much of my strength in those two days.

Now, I’m back to work, we’re back to our regular non-Ramadan timings which means I have until 6 pm at work today. I’m ready for it!

It’s always so nice to just walk away from the computer (for a short while). So tell us, when Ramadan is over, is there lots of feasting? Cause that might be totally worth it.
