THIRTEEN REASONS WHY I BLOG
- I have the itch to write all the time.
- My work times allow me to do so. I work on Saturdays and Sundays in this globally unsynchronized world. What else is left to do?
- I get to connect with other bloggers and see what they have to say about motherhood, career, among other things. There’s always room for additional knowledge!
- I can do virtual travelling to places just by looking at other blogs.
- I have other people listening to my rant rather than my already exhausted husband.
- Blogging is a very effective means to tell a bunch of friends and family back home what is happening in my life. No need to send countless emails with the same content!
- I can realize the motto: “Good writers write better by writing“…not that I am good…just wanting to write better!
- Blogging for me is the best cure for work-related stress and boredom.
- It even increases my typing speed tremendously as I have to type away my thoughts before it evaporates from my head courtesy of the hot desert sun.
- Blogging is my way of documenting this interesting phase in mine and my family’s life.
- Blogging covers up my lack of serious adult interaction.
- I don’t have to open my mouth to speak my thoughts.
- I get to re-discover something else about my own self though blogging — like just by answering this meme.

Love your list Grace! So many of them are reasons why I blog also - it’s become addictive! And I do have “the itch to write all the time.”

A wonderful list.
I just started blogging 3 weeks ago and it is a serious stress reliever for me. (wish I would have found blogging ages ago)
